Sometimes things remind me of the things that are important to me and in life. Character is a huge part of life and it's all defining. I enjoy having good conversations with good people. I don't deem people to be good or not good, only they can do that for themselves. I am a new-ish mom, my son is going to be 3 very soon. One thing I hope to instill upon him, is the value of good character, doing the right thing, even if it doesn't benefit you. Being honest and true. To have those things, good character is a must. I found this quote and thought how very accurate this was and decided to share it with you. Again, as I've mentioned previously, I am on a big kick to change my life. Part of that means finding things that motivate and inspire me. This quote brought back to me many of my feelings on life.
I don't know about you, but this really meant a lot to me. Because if I had to choose a way to explain character, I think I would definitely use this as a very clear obvious way to show what it means. I believe fully & have said many times, you ALWAYS treat people right, no matter who you think they are. You just never know. Every person is important. Regardless of a persons appearance, dress, stature { monetary or otherwise..}, age, gender, etc.. Always, always be good to people. It shows your character. And after all, character is quite important. I found this a very inspirational quote because it mirrors my own belief on the subject.
